This year was a great year for us at New Covenant Church. Souls came to Christ in the form of three (3) baptism services with over twenty (20) persons being baptized. Baptism Sundays are very special to us because we value the significance and power in what it stands for and we know the heavens rejoice every time a soul is won!
Throughout the year we held our membership classes where we inducted over 25 members to the New Covenant family.
Every First Wednesday in each month we held our Farmer’s Market where fresh fruits and vegetables were distributed the community or anyone in need.
In March, we had a powerful and moving Women’s Empowerment Networking and Tea with over five hundred (500) women in attendance. Dr. Cindy Trim was our guest speaker and Tammi Vega led us in worship.
Prophet Victor Kusi-Boateng graced us with his presence twice this year and we received his Prophetic impartation and direction from the Lord. It was a life-transforming destiny altering Prophetic Convocation.
One of our biggest accomplishments this year was the purchase of our heating and cooling system that was estimated for over $230,000 and that purchase, and installation was done without a loan! To God be the glory!
On November 03rd was our Pastor’s Appreciation service where we honored our mother Pastor Leanora Colley and our father Bishop Glen Colley through dance and song and words of gratitude. It was a beautiful service.
New Covenant Christmas banquet on high seas was the theme for this year’s Christmas dinner that was held on December 22nd. We sailed on the Hutson and admired the picturesque New York Skyline while feasting and fellowshipping with our brothers and sisters.
The following day we had our Christmas Spectacular show where we got to witness how talented some of our members are. We will be closing out this year with a bang with our annual New Years’ eve night of worship, fellowship and prayer.
We are confident that 2020 is a year of Prophetic Speed, where debts will be supernaturally canceled, new doors will be opened and the manifestation of our dreams and visions will become tangible in Jesus Mighty Name!
